Peter Seamus O'Toole (D. 2 Ağustos 1932 Connemara, County Galway, İrlanda) sekiz kere Akademi Ödülü adaylığı bulunan İrlandalı oyuncu. Üç kere Altın Küre ve bir kere Emmy almış, Akademi tarafından Akademi Onur Ödülü'ne layık görülmüş, sekiz kere aday gösterildiği En İyi Erkek Oyuncu Oscarını ise hiç kazanamamıştır. 14 Aralık 2013 tarihinde Londra'da hayatını kaybetmiştir.
