Art Clokey 12 Ekim 1921 yılında Amerika Birleşik Devletlerinde dünya'ya gelmiş, 8 Ocak 2010 tarihinde ise Los Osos, Kaliforniya , ABD'de hayata gözlerini yummuştur. Kendisi Abd'de çok ünlü animatör ve yönetmendir. Art Clokey kil ile animasyonu başlatan kişidir.
